Who is responsible

Skye McDade, operator of Skye-Net.live, is the data controller for anything stored in your account.

What stays on your device

Chats, memories, books you open, pages Sophia reads, TV watch history, spelling progress and evidence vault items are kept in your browser's own storage on your device. They do not leave it unless you turn on cloud copies.

What goes online, and why

If you sign in: your email and account details (to let you in), and — only if you allow it — copies of chats and memories so they follow you across devices. Private and pinned items are sealed with your passphrase before they leave the device. Questions sent to Sophia's online mind are processed by our AI provider to produce an answer.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, show adverts, build ad profiles or share your data with anyone except the services needed to run the site (hosting, sign-in, AI answers).

Microphone, camera and location

Closed until you open them. You can close them again at any time in your browser or on the privacy controls page.

Children

The Kids Zone is meant to be used with a parent or guardian, who sets its passcode. We don't knowingly collect children's personal details online.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. You can choose an automatic deletion period, purge everything online, or wipe the device copy from the privacy controls page.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
