- Today: Leadership, negotiation and strategy. Our goal: Lead people and set direction.
- Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
- Strategy is choosing what not to do; a position defensible against substitution and imitation. Negotiation runs on interests not positions, with a known BATNA. Leadership is mostly clarity, consistency and psychological safety — teams outperform when it is safe to say 'I was wrong'.
- Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
- Your turn: Prepare a negotiation with interests, BATNA and concession ladder.
- Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
