- Today: The water cycle. Our goal: Describe evaporation, condensation and precipitation.
- Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
- The Sun heats water in seas and rivers until it becomes invisible vapour — evaporation. High in the sky it cools and turns back into tiny droplets — condensation — which gather as clouds. When the droplets grow heavy they fall as rain, hail or snow — precipitation — and run back to the sea. The same water has gone round for billions of years.
- Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
- Your turn: Put a bowl of water in sunlight, mark the level, and check it the next day.
- Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
