- Today: The world's great faiths. Our goal: Name six major world religions and one belief of each.
- Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
- Christianity follows Jesus and the Bible. Islam follows the Qur'an and the prophet Muhammad. Judaism follows the Torah. Hinduism holds many paths to one truth and honours dharma. Buddhism follows the Buddha's path out of suffering. Sikhism teaches one God, honest work and sharing. Millions of people also hold no religion, and that too is respected.
- Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
- Your turn: Draw six symbols and match each to its faith.
- Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
