- Today: Human anatomy and physiology. Our goal: Describe systems and homeostasis.
- Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
- Homeostasis holds internal conditions steady by negative feedback: receptor, control centre, effector. Cardiac output = stroke volume × heart rate. Gas exchange follows partial-pressure gradients across alveoli. Kidneys regulate volume, osmolarity, pH and potassium simultaneously.
- Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
- Your turn: Trace one red blood cell through a complete circuit.
- Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
