- Today: The four seasons. Our goal: Name the seasons and say what changes.
- Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
- In many parts of the UK, spring brings new plant growth, summer has the longest days, autumn is when some trees shed leaves, and winter is generally colder. Patterns vary by place and year. Earth’s tilted axis changes the angle and duration of sunlight as Earth orbits the Sun.
- Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
- Your turn: Draw the same tree four times, once for each season.
- Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
