  1. Today: Fast and slow. Our goal: Move your body fast and slow to music.
  2. Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
  3. Music can be fast, like a running rabbit, or slow, like a sleepy tortoise. This is called tempo. Our bodies can match the music: tiptoe fast, then stretch slowly.
  4. Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
  5. Your turn: Play a song and move fast when it is quick and slow when it is calm. Freeze when it stops.
  6. Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
