- Today: Kind hands, kind words. Our goal: Show a kind action and say a kind word.
- Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
- Kindness means helping and caring. Kind hands share and help. Kind words say please, thank you, and 'Are you OK?'
- Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
- Your turn: Do one kind thing for someone today and tell a grown-up.
- Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
