- Today: Positioning and honest persuasion. Our goal: Write a message that lands ethically.
- Take one idea at a time. Pause after each sentence; ask for repetition whenever you need it.
- Positioning is the sentence a customer says about you when you are not in the room: for whom, against what alternative, with what unique proof. Segment by need and behaviour, not just demographics. Then the message: one promise, evidenced, in the customer's own words. Ethical persuasion means no manufactured urgency, no dark patterns, no claims you cannot demonstrate — and it converts better over time, because the retention is real.
- Together: choose one example from the explanation and show how it works. What do you notice?
- Your turn: Write your positioning statement in one sentence and three proof points.
- Reflect: what made sense, and what would you like explained differently?
